Where do you deliver to?

We deliver everyday except Sundays, using our own delivery vehicles to local (FY) areas only, this includes Blackpool , Wyre & Fylde and Preston postcodes on Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday.
Do you do free delivery?

Yes delivery is free if you spend £40 or over, and £5 if you spend less than this.
Can I Freeze all the meat I recieve

Yes all our products (except the quick & easy which are already frozen), are fresh and can be safely frozen.
When do I get my delivery?

We aim to deliver your order the next working day, however this can be up to three days after your order due to logistics and stock availability. We will try to let you know if your order is going to be delayed and will not be delivered next working day.
How fast can I get my click and collect order?

If you order for click and collect before 10am and need it urgently let us know and we can usually do your order on the same day after midday. A standard click & collect order is usually next working day. (Subject to availability).
When will I receive my Hamper

Our Christmas hampers are set for delivery on set days: Family Hampers will be delivered on the 22nd December, Deluxe Hampers will be delivered on the 23rd December, Banquet Hampers will be delivered on the 24th December.
What if I am collecting my hamper?

The same dates apply for collection as for delivery, but remember these are to be collected at our cutting plant at; Unit 20 Bracewell Ave, Poulton Business Park, Poulton-Le-Fylde FY6 8JU. Collect Family on the 22nd Dec, Collect Deluxe on the 23rd Dec, Collect Banquet on the 24th Dec. And remember this is from out cutting plant on Poulton Business Park at the above address.
